Steps:
- add oil and butter in a pan until butter melted stirring. The size of the shrimp will determine how much oil and butter you will need. add garlic and saute for about a min. add shrimp and sprinkle on cayenne pepper cook until shrimp are pink. when the shrimp are done and the garlic is crunchy and golden brown sprinkle on the Parmesan cheese until melted. the goal is for the parmesan cheese to attach the garlic and the shrimp and be a crunchy spicy delight Serve in a bamboo dish or on a piece of lettuce
