Spicy Chorizo Dip image

Get the party started, southwest style! This spicy dip stars Mexican chorizo, fresh red pepper and a zesty blend of four cheeses.

1 lb. Mexican chorizo, crumbled
1 red pepper, chopped
1 can (16 oz.) TACO BELL® 99% Fat Free Refried Beans
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese, divided
1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
3 green onions, sliced

Steps:

  • Cook meat with peppers in large skillet 8 to 10 min. or until meat is browned.
  • Add refried beans, 1 cup cheese, sour cream and onions. Cook and stir until cheese is melted.
  • Spoon into pie plate. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
