1 Tbsp. oil
1 lb. boneless beef chuck steak, cut into bite-size pieces
2 cups chopped onions
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
1/3 cup A.1. Bold & Spicy Sauce
1 can (15-1/4 oz.) red kidney beans, rinsed
3 cups hot cooked long-grain white rice

Steps:

  • Heat oil in Dutch oven or large saucepan on medium heat. Add meat and onions; cook 4 to 5 min. or until meat is evenly browned, stirring frequently.
  • Add tomatoes and A.1.; mix well. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 30 to 40 min. or until meat is tender, stirring frequently.
  • Stir in beans; cook 5 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
  • Serve over rice.
