Spicy Cheese and Meat Dip image

This dip it always a hit at parties and family get-togethers.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 1/2 pound(s) ground beef
1 pound(s) spicy breakfast sausage
1 medium onion, diced
2 can(s) rotel tomatoes with green chiles
32 ounce(s) velveeta cheese

Steps:

  • In a skillet, cook the beef, sausage and onion together until done.
  • Cube the Velveeta.
  • Place meat mixture, cheese and tomatoes in a slow cooker,
  • Cook om high until cheese is completely melted. Stir to mix well.
  • Serve hot with tortilla chips.
