I found this dish on a website in my hometown. Its very good, a little on the spicy side. You can adjust the "spicyness" as you go along.

- Cook pasta. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the olive oil, garlic and onions,and sautee. Add the chicken. When the chicken is almost done, add the hot links and cook until the chicken is no longer pink. Add the jalapenos, green chilis, tomatoes and seasonings (you can add less red pepper flakes depending on how spicy you like it). Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and add the whipping cream, stirring until blended, allow to simmer for about 5 minutes, then add the shrimp and cook until the shrimp is no longer pink and the sauce has thickened.
- Stir in the cooked pasta and mix well. Reduce heat and simmer for approximately 15 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
