Steps:
- 1. Cook bacon crisp. Drain on paper towels and set aside.
- 2. Cook chopped green onions in the bacon grease for 4 minutes. Add cabbage and water. Cook on medium heat for 15 minutes.
- 3. Mix all spices in a small bowl. Add spice mixture to cabbage and cook for 15 more minutes or until desired doneness.
- 4. Crumble bacon on top before serving.
