Steps:
- Blanch chopped broccoli in boiling water with salt and sugar.
- Saute the onions in a pan with oil.
- Add the peppers, ground spices, green chili and broccoli and saute for 5 mins until all the ingredients are blended together.
- Remove from the heat and add the tomatoes. Salt to taste and garnish with cilantro.
