Spicy Banana Bread image

A spicy banana bread.

Number Of Ingredients 13

2 c flour
1/2 c oil
2 eggs
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 c sugar
2 c mashed bananas
1 c ground jalapeno peppers
1/2 c blueberries, fresh
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp thyme
4 Tbsp tobasco sauce

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
  • 3. Pour the batter into a loaf pan.
  • 4. Put loaf pan in preheated oven and bake for 1 hour.
