Spiced Ham Loaf image

A meatloaf comprised of pork.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 C. bread or cereal crumbs
1/2 C. milk
2 C. ground cured ham
1/2 lb. ground fresh pork
1 Tbs. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 egg

Steps:

  • Soften crumbs in milk. Combine meats, seasonings, crumbs, and egg. Mix and pack into loaf pan. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) for 50 minutes.
