SPICED CHOCOLATE CRANBERRY BUNDT CAKE image

Number Of Ingredients 12

1 Duncan Hines Yellow Cake Mix
1 small Jello Instant chocolate pudding mix
2 t Five Spice powder
1/2 t cinnamon
1/2 t ginger
8 oz sour cream
1/2 cup oil
4 eggs
1 t vanilla
1/4 c brandy
6 oz chocolate chips
1 1/2 c fresh cranberries, halved

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips & cranberries until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips and cranberries. Bake for 50-60 minutes.
