Sour Cream Sorbet image

1 tablespoon sugar
1 cup water
1/2 tablespoon corn syrup
Juice from 1 lime
1/2 cup sour cream

Steps:

  • In a medium saucepan, bring sugar, water and corn syrup to a boil. Let cool, then add lime juice and sour cream. Churn in an ice cream maker and freeze until needed.
