Speedy Beef Taco Soup image

I found this recipe on the internet. This has been a winner at a home as a matter of fact I am serving it tonight with a Salad.

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 lb ground beef or turkey
1 onion, chopped
1 can(s) ro-tel tomatoes with chilies, i use a large can
1 can(s) corn, drained
1 can(s) pinto beans
2 can(s) water
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
1 pkg hidden valley ranch dressing

Steps:

  • 1. Brown the meat and drain. Mix beef with remaining ingredients; simmer for 45 minutes.
  • 2. Serve topped with grated Jack Cheese and Sour Cream.
  • 3. Serve with warm Tortillas, cornbread or chips.
