SPARKLING ROSEMARY GIN GIMLET
Steps:
- Combine gin, simple sugar and lime juice in a shaker with ice. Shake until blended and strain into a tumbler over ice. Top with tonic water, garnish with a sprig of rosemary (pinched to bring out scent).
