1/2 cup loosely packed fresh mint leaves, divided
1 qt. (4 cups) water, divided
1 pkt. (makes 2 qt.) or 2 pkt. (makes 1 qt. drink each) CRYSTAL LIGHT Lemonade Flavor Drink Mix*, divided
2 cups club soda
1 lemon, sliced

Steps:

  • Add 1/4 cup mint, 1 Tbsp. water and 1 tsp. drink mix to 2-qt. glass or plastic pitcher. Use a muddler or wooden spoon to press mint leaves onto bottom of pitcher to release the oils. Add remaining water and drink mix; stir until mix is dissolved.
  • Stir in club soda and lemon slices.
  • Serve garnished with remaining mint.
