1 apple, cored and sliced
1 cantaloupe, balled
2 tablespoons vinegar (tarragon is best)

1/2 lemon, juice of
1 pinch sugar
salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Mix salad ingredients together.
  • Whisk dressing ingredients together and pour over salad.
