Best Easy Champagne Cupcakes image

These Champagne Cupcakes are super moist and full of champagne flavor! They are the Best Easy Champagne Cupcakes I have ever made. They'd be perfect For Fourth Of July

Number Of Ingredients 13

1 2/3 c all purpose flour
1 c sugar
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 c salted butter, room temperature
3 large egg whites
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 c sour cream
1/2 c + 2 tbsp champagne
1/2 c butter
1/2 c shortening
4 c powdered sugar
4-5 tsp champagne

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2. Whisk together flour, sugar, baking soda and baking powder in a large mixing bowl.
  • 3. Add butter, egg whites, vanilla, sour cream and champagne and mix on medium speed just until smooth. Do not over mix.
