Spanish Noodles image

Number Of Ingredients 13

1 1/2 pounds ground beef
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cups tomato juice
1 can condensed tomato soup
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 green pepper, minced
1/2 bottle stuffed olives, cut
1 small can mushrooms
1 teaspoon chili powder
dash garlic salt
1/2 pound nippy, sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 package egg noodle (small), cooked

Steps:

  • Brown ground beef in olive oil. Add tomato juice, tomato soup, ketchup, salt, green pepper, stuffed olives, mushrooms, chili powder, salt, and nippy cheese. Mix with egg noodles. Put into baking dish and bake at 300°F for 1 hour.
