1 gallon water
1 ounce chicken base or bouillon
1 cup diced celery
1 cup shredded carrot
1 cup diced yellow onion
1 cup frozen chopped spinach
1 teaspoon sweet basil
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper
1 pound chicken breast meat cooked, diced
1 pound tiny meatballs
1 cup long-broken spaghetti cooked

Steps:

  • Bring water to a boil. Add chicken base. Stir to dissolve. Add celery, carrots, onions, spinach and basil. Simmer 10 minutes Add meatballs, chicken and cooked spaghetti. This recipe yields 1 gallon.
