Spaghetti Sauce - Phyllis Collins image

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 pound Ground Lamb
1 Medium Onion
1 can Tomatoes
1 can Tomato Sauce
3 cans Water
10 Allspice
1 pinch Sweet basil
1 teaspoon Salt and pepper
1 pinch Sage
1 tablespoon Oregano
1 garlic salt, celery salt, seasoning salt

Steps:

  • Fry lamb, onions, tomato and water
  • add spices and cook all day
  • add 3 or 4 tablespoons cornstarch and 1/3 cup water just before serving.
