200 g spaghetti
12 meatballs
1 red onion diced
3 clove garlic minced
1 carrot grated
100 g mushroom diced
40 g black olives chopped
400 g tomatoe sauce
50 ml water
100 g fresh mozzarella diced

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 dgrees
  • 2. Boil the spaghetti till almost done
  • 3. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and begin to cook the meatballs, when the meatballs are brown add the onion, garlic, carrots cook for several minutes before adding the mushrooms let everything cook together stirring occasionally for 5 minutes.till vegetables are soft
  • 4. Transfer mixture to a large baking dish, placing the meatballs in first. Top with pasta then sauce dot with eye mozzarella cheese,pressing the cheese in lightl
