SOY GINGER GRILLED PORK CHOPS image

1/3 c. Low Sodium Soy Sauce 1 tsp. Minced fresh ginger2 tsp. Minced fresh garlic (Or Sriracha sauce if you like spicy)1 tbsp. lemon juice2 tbsp. canola oil5 Pork Chops (bone in)

Steps:

  • Mix first 5 ingredients in a non-reactive dish. Add pork chops, turning to coat in marinade. Refrigerate for up to 4 hours. Set up the bbq for indirect grilling. Oil the grill and cook indirect, flipping over once. About 6 minutes on first side, 4 minutes on second side
