Number Of Ingredients 9

1 bag (10 oz.) torn mixed salad greens
3 jalapeño peppers, chopped
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
2 cups grape tomatoes, quartered
4 CLAUSSEN Kosher Dill Mini Pickles, finely chopped
3 hard-cooked eggs, peeled, chopped
1 pkg. (9 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Smoked Ham, chopped
1 small red onion, chopped
3/4 cup KRAFT Lite Ranch Dressing

Steps:

  • Place greens in bottom of large salad bowl. Sprinkle with jalapeño peppers and ground red pepper.
  • Cover with layers of tomatoes, pickles, eggs, ham and onions.
  • Spread dressing evenly over top of salad. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
