Southwest Hummus image

I make this with any kind of canned bean you can think of! White beans are great, but any will work. This is wonderful with vegetables. I like it thick. Very spicy.

15 ounce(s) canned chickpeas, washed, drained
1 - chipotle peppers w/adobe sauce
1 clove(s) garlic

Steps:

  • Puree ingredients. Thin out with a little water if needed.
