Steps:
- Cook sausage in large skillet until it crumbles and is no longer pink. Drain. Wipe skillet clean. Melt butter in skillet over med-high heat. Add onion and celery. Saute until tender. Combine rice and crumbled corn bread in large bowl. Add sausage,vegetables, parsley, fruit and seasonings. Add broth until moistened to your suit. spoon into a lightly greased casserole. Cover and chill until ready to bake. Remove from fridge and let stand at least 30 minutes before baking. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes.
