Southern Okra image

Oh my what I could say about this delicious little vegetable. Whether it be fried, pickled, or put into gumbo's or soups, okra is southern to the bone. But once it is cooked, it becomes very delicate. This is just a recipe for Okra with tomatoes. Look for more Okra recipes to come.
