Steps:
- 1. Pre-heat oven to 350.
- 2. In large skillet, brown ground pork, add seasonings (to taste). Add chopped onion. Drain meat if needed. Add tomatoes,tomatoe paste, black beans, corn, cooked rice, cheese.
- 3. wash and cut peppers in half, stuff peppers with meat mixture, pack in filling. Place stuffed peppers in oven for about 20-25 covered then remove foil and bake another 10 mins. Peppers are finished when teneder.
