Sourdough Rolls With Blue Cheese image

1 tablespoon crumbled blue cheese
2 sourdough rolls or slices of bread

Steps:

  • Melt butter and cheese.
  • Cut rolls in half and spread with mixture. Toast in toaster oven or broil in broiler until edges begin to brown.
