SOUR CREAM PEACH CAKE image

3/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup shortening
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups peaches peeled and chopped

Steps:

  • Cream sugar and shortenng until light and fluffy. Add eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Combine dry ngredients. Stir into sour cream mixture. Fold in peaches. Turn into bundt pan. Bake at 180 C until cake springs back when pressed lightly (about 40 minutes).
