Sour Cream Garlic Mashed Potatoes image

What does it take to make the best mashed potatoes in the world? A little salt and pepper. Some milk and sour cream. And a couple of cloves of garlic.

2 lb. red potatoes (unpeeled), quartered
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Cook potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 20 min. or until tender; drain. Mash potatoes.
  • Add remaining ingredients; mash until light and fluffy.
