Sour Cream Ganache Frosting image

Add some Sour Cream Ganache Frosting on top of your favorite desserts! Our creamy ganache frosting is easy to make in 10 minutes with four ingredients.

Number Of Ingredients 4

2-1/2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate (10 oz.), broken into pieces
1-1/2 cups BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream, at room temperature
2 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt

Steps:

  • Melt chocolate as directed on package.
  • Mix with remaining ingredients until well blended.
