This recipe has been in my father's family for quite a long time. He inherited this recipe from his mother and now it's down to me! It happens to be one of my favorites as well. Very delicious dinner entree - you'll always want seconds! Note: It's similar to a Sloppy Joe, but in a hot dog bun. PICTURE COMING SOON

Steps:
- 1. In a large skillet, brown one pound of lean ground beef along with approximately 1/3 cup chopped onion.
- 2. drain off grease and add one can Campbell's Minestrone soup, 1/3 cup ketchup, and 1/3 cup water. Cover and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 3. Fill buttered and toasted hot dog buns with the mixture and top with a liberal amount of cheddar cheese. Place under broiler until cheese melts.
