SOFT MINT CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES image

2 cup(s) all purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
3/4 cup(s) firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup(s) suger
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
1 - egg
1 package(s) mint chocolate chip
1 teaspoon(s) baking powder
1 cup(s) butter, softened
- green food coloring

Steps:

  • Combine butter, sugars and vanilla. Beat at medium speed until creamy (3-5 minutes)
  • Add egg; beat well. Gradually add flour, baking powder and salt.Then add some green food coloring just a couple drops ...
  • Stir in mint chocolate chips bits
  • Drop by teaspoonful on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 7 to 9 minutes. Don't over-bake.
