Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Prepare Dinners in large saucepan as directed on package. Meanwhile, cook peppers and onions in skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 3 min. Add cilantro, olives and garlic; cook and stir 5 min. or until vegetables are tender.
- Add sour cream and half each of the vegetable mixture and shredded cheese to prepared Dinners; mix well. Spoon into 1-1/2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining vegetable mixture and shredded cheese.
- Bake 10 min. or until heated through.
