Snowman Cheeseball image

This little cheese snowman is quck to put together as a snack for a small crowd. I loved making this because it's so easy and it has a cute factor! People love it.

Number Of Ingredients 3

2 8 oz. packages cream cheese
1 clove garlic minced (optional)
1/3 c shredded mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Cream together the 2 packages of cream cheese
  • 2. Add minced garlic if desired.
  • 3. Form 2 balls, one smaller than the other and roll the balls in the shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • 4. Make the snowman
