Steps:
- Mix sugar and water together in a small saucepan and boil until sugar dissolves and mixture is clear and not cloudy.
- Stir in kool aid and mix until completely dissolved and then set aside to cool completely.
- Transfer to a squirt bottle and drizzle over finely crushed ice. Refrigerate until needed again.
