Snickers Cheese Ball image

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese (softened)
1 teaspoon vanilla
¾ cup powdered sugar
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
¾ cup peanut butter
1 (7 ounce) package marshmallow creme
22 Fun Size Snickers bars (chopped and divided)

Steps:

  • In a large mixing bowl mix the cream cheese, vanilla, powdered sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter, and marshmallow creme together until smooth.
  • Chop 7 of the fun size Snickers bars into sixths. Fold them into the cheese ball mixture.
  • Form the dough into a ball as best as you can.
  • Place the dough onto a big sheet of plastic wrap.
  • Wrap it well, and then wrap another piece of plastic wrap going the other direction around the ball so that it is completely covered.
  • Place in the fridge for about 4 hours to set up.
  • Chop the remaining Snickers bars into sixths, while the cheese ball is setting up in the fridge.
  • Remove from fridge and unwrap. It should be easier to form into a ball.
  • Place on a serving plate and press the chopped Snickers pieces all over the cheese ball.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
