Steps:
- Crumble beef into large bowl and sprinkle with garlic pwd., onion pwd., salt, pepper and ground mustard. Blend gently. Divide into 4 equal parts and form patties.
- Heat cast iron skillet over med/high heat. Place steaks into skillet and allow to cook without touching them for about 4 minutes. Flip them over for an additional 4 minutes.(you want a nice dark color on them) Remove steaks from pan and allow them to rest on paper towels.
