Steps:
- 1. In heavy pan, mix the milk, butter, half the marshmallows and the salt. Cook over medium low heat, whisking frequently, til butter and marshmallows are melted and smooth, 3 to 5 minutes.
- 2. Add remaining marshmallows and whisk til melted and well blended. Reduce heat to low and gradually stir in chocolate chips, letting each addition melt before adding more
- 3. Transfer to ceramic fondue pot and set over a low flame. Regulate the heat, if possible to keep fondue warm, not hot.
