S'more Jumbo Muffins image

Who doesn't love S'mores? Have them any time without the Bonfire.

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 1/2 c flour
1/2 c grahm cracker crumbs(about 8 squares)
1/4 c packed brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 large egg
1 1/2 c buttermilk
1/4 c canola oil
3/4 c semi sweet chocolate chips
1 1/4 c mimiature marshmallows(divided..1c..1/4c.)

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven 375.
  • 2. In a large bowl,combine dry ingredients. Combine next 3 ingredients.Mix well. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in chocolate chips & 1 cup marshmallows.
  • 3. Fill greased Jumbo Muffin Cups 3/4 full. Sprinkle with remaining marshmallows. Bake 375 for 18-20 minutes.or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes. Remove to a wire rack...Serve warm.
