Smokin Okies Vinegar Mop for Pulled Pork Cookshack Recipe image

Number Of Ingredients 5

2 cups cider vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
2 tablespoons salt (I like the flavor in Kosher Salt
2 tablespoon red pepper (crushed)
1 teaspoon cayenne (I've also used Hungarian Paprika)

Steps:

  • Mix together in sauce pan, bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Let cool and mop as needed.
