Smoked Trout
Stone ground mustard or Joe's mustard sauce
Pickled Onions
Rosemary Flatbread or toasted crostini

Steps:

  • Arrange all ingredients on a platter and serve. Pickled Onions: 1/2 red onion sliced paper thin 1/2 cup red wine vinegar. Marinate onions in vinegar for 5 to 10 minutes. Drain onions and set aside.
