shrimp, size 26/30 or larger
olive oil
chili powder
paprika
ground bay
ground thyme
Tony Chacere's cajun seasoning
garlic powder
onion powder

Steps:

  • Make a paste with the seasonings and toss the shrimp with it. Smoke at around 250 degrees for 20 minutes or so.
