Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350-degrees. Lay wrappers flat and brush both sides with melted butter. Press into mini muffin cups, pleating each to fit. Bake until golden brown, 7-9 minutes. In a small bowl, combine salmon, green onion, lime juice, ginger and salt. Mix well. Add avocado and toss gently. Fill won ton cups, top with capers and serve immediately.
