- Place potatoes in a saucepan; cover with water.
- Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 20 minsutes.
- Drain.
- Return potatoes to pan; add milk, salt and pepper.
- Mash with potato masher.
- Stir in the cheese.
- Serve and enjoy.
