12 oz Light Cream Cheese, softened
3 Tbsp butter, softened
3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
12 oz smoked fish (e.g. mackerel or bluefish)
1 small red onion, minced
1/4 cup snipped dill
1/4 tsp black pepper

Steps:

  • Beat together cream cheese, butter and lemon juice until soft. By hand, mix in remaining ingredients, ensuring that the fish doesn't become too homogeneous. Chill for several hours before serving.
