SMOKE STACK'S CHEESY CORN BAKE image

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 T butter or margarine
4 t flour
1/8 t garlic powder
3/4 c milk
6 oz. sharp American cheese, shredded (1 1/2 cups)
1 3-oz. pkg. cream cheese, cut up
3-10 oz. pkgs frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
3 oz. diced ham

Steps:

  • 1. In a large saucepan, melt butter or margarine. Stir in flour and garlic powder. Add milk all at once. Cook and stir over medium heat till thickened and bubbly. Stir in cheeses. Cook and stir over low heat till melted. 2. Stir in the corn and ham. Transfer mixture to a 2-quart casserole. Bake in a 350 oven for 45 minutes or till heated through.
