Steps:
- 1. Place chicken in the slowcooker.
- 2. Add soy sauce, ginger and pepper. Add water to cover the chicken.
- 3. Turn on high and cook all day, or 6 hours. Longer cooking will not hurt this at all.
- 4. Serve over lentils or jasmine rice
