- Mix together the rice, soy sauce, garlic, broth, bell pepper, mixed vegetables, and shrimp in a large slow cooker. Cover and cook on high 2 hours, or until rice has fully absorbed liquid. Pour eggs over fried rice mixture. Continue cooking for 45 minutes or until egg has set. Stir before serving.
