Steps:
- 1. Add rice to crock pot. Add 1 cup water. Add tomatoes, barbecue sauce and sweet and sour sauce. Mix well.
- 2. Add bell pepper and (optional) onions, stirring well. Set slow cooker on low and cook 1.5 hours. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
