2 green onions, thinly sliced, divided
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo
Juice from 2 lemons
1/4 tsp. cracked black pepper
4 flounder fillets (1 lb.)

Steps:

  • Reserve 2 Tbsp. onions for garnish. Combine remaining onions with cheese, mayo, lemon juice and pepper.
  • Spray 4 large sheets heavy-duty foil with cooking spray. Spread cheese mixture evenly onto both sides of fish fillets; place on prepared foil sheets. Fold to make 4 packets; place in slow cooker. Cover with lid.
  • Cook on HIGH 2 hours or until fish flakes easily with fork. Cut slits in foil to release steam before carefully opening packets. Sprinkle with reserved onions.
